Policies and agreement
To rent a car in the UAE, you must present a valid driving license:
UAE Residents: A valid UAE driving license.
Tourists & Visitors: A valid home country license (for GCC, European, US, Canada, and select countries) or an International Driving Permit (IDP).
The driver must have held the license for at least 1 year before renting.
All our rental cars come with basic comprehensive insurance, as required by UAE law. This covers damages to the vehicle and third-party liability within standard limits.
Basic Coverage: Included in the rental price.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Available at an additional cost to reduce financial responsibility in case of an accident.
Exclusions: Insurance does not cover damages due to negligence, driving under the influence, off-road driving, or unauthorized drivers.
Accident Procedure: In case of an accident, a police report is mandatory for insurance coverage to apply.

Please note: A valid credit card is required for the security deposit, even if the rental is paid in cash.
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide flexible options:
Free Cancellation: Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up or failure to collect the car may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the booking amount.
Modifications: Changes to booking dates, car type, or rental duration are subject to availability and may affect the rental rate.
Refunds: Any eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
A cleaning fee will be charged if smoke odor, ash, or cigarette burns are detected in the vehicle.
🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only if transported in a secure carrier.
The renter is responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and free from pet hair, stains, or damage.
Additional cleaning or repair costs may apply if the vehicle is returned in poor condition.
Minimum Age Requirements
The minimum age to rent most vehicles is 21 years.
For luxury, sports, and high-performance cars, the minimum age is 25 years.
